Spent my xmas at this cozy hotel and it was a great experience! Loved the comfortable bed and the breakfast was amazing! They had a wide variety of food and everything was fresh and delicious. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the main attractions. , the staff was friendly and always willing to help with any request.
The wifi signal was weak in some areas, which was frustrating when trying to connect with friends and family during the holidays. the bathroom was a bit small and could use some updating, but it was still clean and functional.

Staff was very friendly and service minded. They speak English very well.
Rooms could be a bit more clean - but it was not a problem at all

The pool area on the roof is nice, although the pool water didn't look too clean. The staff was helpful, although not all of them spoke english, they tried to accomodate.
The rooms are a bit dinghy, they could do with some work.

The morning desk clerk was kind and helpful. The hotel itself in the Lobby looks nice, but the room was stinky and the bathroom was not clean. I wanted to vomit because of the odor and smell. Some of this was probably due to bad plumbing, but the bathrooms are not maintained clean. Simply running a rag over the floor or tile, does not remove the bacteria and fungus. We stayed in this hotel three or four years ago when the rooms were newer and the bathrooms had just been remodeled. We were disappointed to see the decline in the room conditions. Also the Breakfast needs improvement. The only good thing I can say is that the location for business is appealing. Also the morning desk person was helpful and nice.

The location was excellent with just a short straight walk down to the historic area and a great range of service shops in immediate vicinity - money exchange, laundromat, groceries. The staff were delightful and always someone who had a good grasp of English to help us - our big thanks to Franco. Rooms were very well serviced daily.
The rooms were not of the same quality as the lobby. The bathroom was in need of some attention and the carpet stained and the sheets very old but comfortable.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel was conveniently located near key attractions and amenities, which saved us a lot of time and money exploring the area. the hotel staff were also accommodating and helpful.
The hotel was not well-maintained, and some areas looked old and outdated, which slightly affected the atmosphere.

the only thing that i like about the hotel their employees where very helpful. the sheets were so gray that i know at one time they were white, the rooms where so small that one person had to wait until the other pass.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also really good, providing everything I needed to start my day off right.
For us, it was ideal.
